Meghan Markle was raised in Los Angles, California. Her parents are Thomas Markle and her mother Doria Ragland. At the time she studies at Northwestern University, she started to play tiny roles in many television series and movies. When she was two years old, her parents separated and got divorced after four years. During her childhood days, she used to visit the set of television series because her father worked as a photography director for some films. As of now, she is estranged from her father Thomas and she contacts only her mother.

Markle was grown as a Protestant, but she pursued her graduation from L.A Immaculate Heart High school. Later on, in her junior year, she got an internship at the American embassy as a junior press officer with the assistance of her uncle named Michael Markle. She didn’t score enough marks on Foreign Sevice Officer test so she returned to NU. Markle has also gone to Madrid in order to study abroad program.
