Here are 5 exercises that will help you strengthen and develop your breast tissues naturally.

a. Wall Presses: Stand in front of a wall at an arm’s length. Press your palms against the wall and bend towards the wall till your head touches it and then go back. This is one circle. Now repeat this exercise for 10-15 circles.

b. Arm Circles: Stand straight and extend your arms outwards. Make circles with your hands in backward movement for a minute. Make circles with your arm in a forward motion for a minute. Then move your hands up and down in a rhythmic movement for a minute. Repeat the entire process two times.

c. Arm presses: Stand straight with your hands extended outside. Extend them backward and then bring them forward to make a clap sound. Open the arms again and take them backward. Repeat the entire process for one minute. You can also use weights or a resistance band to make the regime more rigorous.

d. Modified Pushups: Lie on the ground on your stomach and put your arms flat on the ground near the shoulders. Keeping the feet and the knees on the ground, extend your body up while pressing down the palms. The body will be almost straight with a slight bend at the elbows. Slowly lower back your body. Repeat 12 times and continue for sets of 3.

e. Chest Press Extensions: Lie on your back and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Bring your hands upwards so that they are in line with your shoulders. Straighten your hands upwards, together or one at a time. Bring your hands back to your shoulders. Repeat for 3 sets of 12 rounds. Keep the movements slow and controlled.

You can combine some natural remedies with exercise to naturally increase your breast size. While it will take time, but with considerable effort, results will be visible slowly. With proper posture and good bra support also, you can create a visual illusion of fuller breasts.
