- Olive/coconut oil- 1/4th cup
- Baking soda– 1/4th cup
- Dead sea salt– 1/2 cup
Process of making and using: Take a mason jar and mix the above ingredients thoroughly. Before bathing, fill the tub with warm water and add 1-2 cups of the mixture to it. Once it dissolves, you can soak it in it for 20 minutes.

2. Jasmine, Rose and Lavender Essential oil Bath Salt
Ingredients:
- Epsom salt: 2 cups
- Jasmine essential oil: 6 drops
- Lavender essential oil: 15 drops
- Dried rose petals: 2 tbsp
Process of making and using: Combine the above ingredients thoroughly and transfer them to a mason jar. This can be stored for use for a year. Add half a cup of the aromatherapy bath salt to warm water and soak in it to enjoy.

- Epsom salt: 1 cup

Process of making and using: Use a glass bowl to mix the Epsom salt with baking soda and stir well. To it, add lavender essential oil and combine thoroughly. Store it in a closed container. Use 1/2-1 cup of the mixture while bathing.

- Epsom salt: 1 cup

- Rose petals. lavender and calendula flowers: 1/2 cup each
Other options for herbs:
- Chamomile, rosemary, lemon balm, and sage.
- Peppermint: 1/4th cup
Process of making and using: Take the Epsom salt in the jar, add lavender essential oil to it and stir well. Add 1/2 cup rose petals to it along with lavender, and calendula flowers. Add 1/4th cup of peppermint. Place a drawstring muslin bag at the top. The herbs can be layered in any order you want.

5. Bath Salt for Easing Sinus and Cold
Ingredients:
- Epson Salt: 3/4th of the container
- Baking Soda:1/4th of the container
- Eucalyptus and Peppermint Essential Oil: 1-2 drops of essential oil per ounce of solid ingredients.
Process of making and using: Mix all the ingredients in a glass container and keep it airtight for use later. Add 1/2-1 cup of the mixture to your water before bathing.
