Grace Patricia Kelly was an American actress who married Prince Rainier III of Monaco in April 1956 after performing in numerous important films in the early to mid-1950s. AMADE Mondiale, her children’s rights group, was granted consultative status by UNICEF and UNESCO. Her final film appearance was as the narrator in Robert Dornhelm’s documentary The Children of Theatre Street, which was released in 1977. The film received an Academy Award nomination for Best Documentary Feature. Kelly died on September 14, 1982, at the age of 52, in Monaco Hospital from injuries incurred the day before in a car accident.

- When Grace was a teenager, she expressed an interest in acting. Her parents, on the other hand, were not on board with this. They assumed it was only a phase and that she would grow out of it.
- In order to make it in Hollywood, Grace had to get rid of one thing: her accent. To get rid of her Philadelphian accent, she had to take classes.
- Grace’s father was one of the Kelly family members who was not amused by the royal wedding. He was not pleased with the $2 million dowry he had to pay.
- There was an incident that many people were unaware of. It may astound you. Gable, a Hollywood actor, was one of her favourites. He did not, however, return her feelings.

- Following her marriage in 1956, Kelly became Her Serene Highness, Princess Grace of Monaco and retired from acting. Kelly consented to play the princess in Hitchcock’s 1962 film Marnie, which was to be her major comeback to the silver screen. Princess Grace would do the role and then retire from acting, according to a spokeswoman for the Monaco palace in March 1962.

Grace Kelly Previous and Current Relationships
On the set of their 1954 film The Country Girl, Grace Kelly met Bing Crosby. By the end of filming, the two were rumored to be dating.
Crosby was dating Kathryn Grant at the time, who would later become his wife. Even after Crosby proposed to Kathryn, the affair continued, and he reportedly postponed their wedding because of Kelly.
It was said to have ended in 1955, but they must have kept in touch because Kathryn and Bing Crosby were invited to Monaco by Princess Grace and her husband in 1962.
