How to Use Black Cohosh for Abortion?
1. Black Cohosh and Vitamin C for Abortion (Miscarriage)
Ingredients:
- Black cohosh
- Vitamin C
Procedure:
- Add 2 teaspoons of black cohosh powder into a glass of water.
- Stir well and leave it aside, add Vitamin C to this mixture.
- Consume this mixture.
How it works: Black cohosh helps in releasing the hormone oxytocin and induces abortion. Vitamin C contains pure ascorbic acid and is a water soluble vitamin which can induce abortion when used along with black cohosh.
Repetitions: twice/thrice daily
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Best time to apply: Early morning and night
Tips:
- This is helpful in termination 2-6 weeks of pregnancy.
- Not to consume more than 6000mg of Vitamin C per day.
- The dosage for Vitamin C is 10-12 g per day, to be started slowly with a low dosage and increase the dosage. The bleeding starts within 3-6 days, if not please try another method.

Ingredients:
- Black cohosh capsules
- 1 glass of water
Procedure:
- Consume black cohosh capsules with 1 glass of water.
How it works: It works as abortifacient and induces miscarriage.
Repetitions: 500-1000 mg every 4 hours
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Best time to apply: anytime of the day.
Tips: Be careful with the dosage as over dosage may lead to toxicity.
The black cohosh along with red or blue cohosh can also be used for termination of pregnancy.
