  • Pour the baking soda into the glass of water
  • Stir it well till it dissolves into the glass of water.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar
  • The drink will start bubbling.
  • If it does not bubble then put another teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • Let it rest till the bubbling stops.
  • Drink this water immediately for quick relief.
  • Repeat this method every 15 to 2 minutes till you are relieved

Lemon Juice Water and Baking Soda for Upset Stomach

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
  • 4 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • I glass of water

Procedure to be followed:

  • Pour the baking soda and lemon juice into the glass of water
  • Stir it well till it dissolves into the glass of water.
  • Drink this water immediately (within 10 seconds) for quick relief.
  • If you are not relieved within 10 minutes then drink this brew again.

  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
  • 4 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • I glass of water

  • Pour the baking soda and lemon juice into the glass of water
  • Pour the honey.
  • The mixture will start bubbling.
  • Drink this water immediately while it is still bubbling, for quick relief.
  • It helps to remove the trapped gas in the body and also helps in proper digestion.

These are some of the easy home remedies to get rid of an upset stomach. An important word of caution is that if you find that your stomach problem is not receding at all then you must consult the doctor immediately as the reason behind your distress could be something entirely different.

While in taking baking soda you should not do it in large amounts as it will increase your blood pressure a lot which will adversely affect your health. If you are on sodium restriction then do not consume baking soda at all. There are alternative remedies that you can use.
