  • It is not recommended for people who are on aspirin, anti-anxiety drugs, antibiotic tetracycline, and diabetes medication as baking soda can interact with your medications.
  • It can cause side effects such as cramping, vomiting, nausea, pancreatitis, infection, and bowel perforation.
  • Avoid calcium supplements and foods high in calcium such as milk, cheese, and yogurt while doing this colon cleansing.
  • Avoid this colon cleansing if you are allergic to baking soda or apple cider vinegar.
